Naming the Elephant, ch. 5
Focusing again on his worldview questions, Sire makes the case that we must live out or indwell our worldview. He seems apologetic (in future chapters as well) for not including aesthetics in his questions list. I have to admit that I was disappointed as this has been one of my driving questions that I have wrestled with. A bit of treatment would have been life-giving for me. He calls on Polanyi through Lesslie Newbigin quite a bit in this chapter, of whom I am a big fan. The main point of this chapter is that we need to live out the worldview we claim in our actions.
