Christ and Culture Revisited, by D.A. Carson

I chose to begin my reading for Year Two of my doctoral program with Christ and Culture Revisited by D.A. Carson. I did not know this book existed prior to the syllabus. I have been profoundly affected in my own thinking by Niebuhr's book (which this is obviously referencing in the title) Christ and Culture. Based on what seems to be the trajectory of the coming semester, I think this book will give some excellent framework for thinking through the rest of my reading.
