The God Conversation, ch. 2

Tackling the question "Can God Be Good If Terrorists Exist?", this chapter turns on the fire hydrant of illustrations and challenging thoughts. I appreciated that it began by saying it is important to acknowledge the doubts and feelings of your listener. This is so crucial to opening the door of communication. The Father Damien illustration, among others, popped off of the page for me. It is so analgous to Jesus that it really helped me see the heart of the answer, rather than glibly offer theological points.
