Becoming Conversant with the Emerging Church

I have to admit, when I saw this book on the list, it seemed unimportant to me. The whole "emerging/emergent" debacle is not something that is being discussed in the area where I serve. So, I didn't see the point in dealing with it. However, I was surprised to find an excellent book that covers so much more and also opened my eyes to the importance of this discussion. I should've expected nothing less from D.A. Carson!
