I appreciate when an author takes the time to address major objections to his position. Cooper does so carefully and thoroughly. Covering six major objections, he unpacks the objections confidently. He leaves us with the broad-sweeping conclusion that there are no substantial challenges left to face. I would be curious to read an opposing view to see if they would agree.
